The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet virtually with the Development Review Team this week:
- 146 Langley Road – Special Permit for an oversized internal accessory apartment in a two-family dwelling utilizing existing 1st-floor space and a 2nd-floor addition
- 21 Prairie Avenue – Special Permit to increase nonconforming front setback to construct a covered porch
- 284 California Street – Daycare center
