  • Request for the approval of $2,000,000 in CPA funding to address the emergency housing needs of Newton’s low and moderate-income citizens through a COVID‐19 Emergency Housing Relief Program. In addition, the funds will be pooled with $500,000 in CDBG funding from the federal CARES Act to emergency housing need
