The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:
- 321 Cabot Street – Special Permit to construct a detached garage that would exceed allowed floor area ratio (FAR) and possibly increase nonconforming lot coverage
- 146 Langley Road – Possible addition a third unit and attached garage to existing 2 family structure
- 39 Hawthorne Avenue – Possible Special Permit amendment to construct a pergola
- 285 Centre Street – Potential daycare center
