The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:
- 300 Needham Street – Special Permit to waive parking stalls in conjunction with a restaurant expansion
- 351 Otis Street – Special Permit for single-family dwelling to exceed the allowed floor area ratio
- 43 Prince Street – Special Permit for single-family dwelling to exceed the allowed floor area ratio
- 73 Washburn Avenue – Special Permit to extend single-family dwelling’s nonconforming front setback by covering an existing porch
