- 96 Monadnock Road– Discussion regarding possible short-term rental
- 39 Norwood Avenue – Special Permit to extend nonconforming front setback and other renovations to single-family dwelling
- 1084 Chestnut Street – Amendment to prior Special Permit to increase floor area ratio (FAR) of three-family dwelling by covering deck
- 16 Marlboro Street – Special Permit for a single-family dwelling to exceed allowed floor area ratio (FAR)
- 94 Charlesbank Road – Discussion regarding combining two lots and constructing an addition to two-family dwelling
