Zoning Board of Appeals: The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber. Tbe agenda lists the following item:

  • Request for a Comprehensive Permit (Chapter 40B) to construct a 204-unit residential development with 51 affordable housing units and approximately 22,382 sq. ft. of commercial, office, and retail space – all on 3.4 acres of land located at 15 Riverdale Avenue
