The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:
- 727 Centre Street – Special permit to exceed FAR with additions within footprint of the house
- 1081 Washington Street – Special Permit for parking waiver and amend existing special permit
- 27 Nightingale Path – Possible Variance to encroach into the side yard setback
- 158 Parmenter Road – Possible Special Permit and Variance to modify existing dwelling
