The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:
- 133 Waban Avenue – Special Permit for detached accessory apartment
- 18 Hamlin Road – Possible Special Permit to increase FAR to build a larger detached garage with finished space above
- 104 Eldredge Street – Special Permit to extend nonconforming FAR by constructing an attached garage
- 2 Wells Avenue – Proposed childcare or for-profit educational use
