- 54 Jefferson Street – Special permit to add second parking stall within front setback
- 107-109 Grove Street – Special permit for an internal accessory apartment
- 11 Chesley Road – Possible bed and breakfast use
- 76 Alban Road – Special Permit to exceed the FAR
