The Development Review Team will meet with the following potential projects/proposals:
- 17 Shamrock Street – Special Permit to extend existing two-family dwelling nonconforming use and structure
- 450 Lexington Street – Possible parking stall waiver for a medical office
- 96 Lenox Street – Possible amendment to Special Permit #129-14 to pave/expand driveway
- 34 Morton Road – Possible variance for old lot ruling by ZBA
