- 74-76 Cummings Road – Proposed addition and two-car garage for non-conforming two-family dwelling
- 287 Newtonville Avenue – Special Permit to waive requirements for parking facility containing more than five stalls
- 189 Adams Street – Discussion re possible uses/designs
