Commission on Disability:  The Commission on Disability will meet on Monday, May 13th at 6:30 p.m. in Room 204. The agenda includes the following:

Auburndale Historic District Commission: The Auburndale Historic District Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 14th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Compliance to replace a rear door at 304 Central Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Compliance to enclose two right side porches at 51 Hancock Street (continuation)
  • Request for a Certificate of Compliance to expand the driveway area at 140 Windermere Road

Community Preservation Commission:  The Community Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 14th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 204.  The agenda includes the following:

  • Final Report by Parks and Recreation Department and Friends of Farlow Park on the Farlow Park Pond and Bridge Project

Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission:  The Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission will meet on Thursday, May 16th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The revised agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install wireless equipment on a utility pole on sidewalk in front of property at 262 Beacon Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install temporary fence, gate and sign during construction at 25 Essex Road
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install fencing, walkways, driveway paving and a rear patio at 48 Reservoir Avenue
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a metal picket fence, replace chain link fence mesh, and change previously approved wood fence color; and request to replace garage doors at 41 Chestnut Hill Road
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace garage doors and to paint house, addition, and free-standing garage at 160 Chestnut Hill Road

Note:  31 Chestnut Hill Terrace petition was withdrawn from the May 16th meeting and the owner has agreed to continue the hearing at a future regularly scheduled meeting.
