- 67 Walnut Street – Special Permit to allow three single-family attached
- 278 California Street – Special Permit to modify nonconforming multi-residential
- 47 Carleton Street – Possible Special Permit to allow conversion of single- to
two- family dwelling, nonconforming lot area per unit
