City Board and Commission Meetings – Week of April 14th

Newton Housing Partnership:  The Newton Housing Partnership will meet on Tuesday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m. in Room B17. The agenda includes the following:

  • Review and Approval of Meeting Summary from March 26th
  • Update on the Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance
  • Review of Special Permit Process and Projects pending approval
  • Upcoming Meeting Dates

Board of License Commissioners:  The Board of License Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, April 16th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 204. The agenda can be found here.

Board of Assessors:  The Board of Assessors will meet on Wednesday, April 17th at 9:00 a.m. in Room 108. The agenda will focus on approval of March 2019 Exemption and Abatement Reports.

Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission:  The Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission will meet on Thursday, April 18th at 7:30 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install wireless equipment on utility pole located on on sidewalk in front of property at 262 Beacon Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to temporary sign during construction at 400 Beacon Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace two roof areas at 365 Hammond Street – Church of the Redeemer
