Development Review Team Meetings – Week of March 31st – Lots of Potential Projects on Lexington Street – Auburndale

The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:

  • 15-21 Lexington Street –  Special Permit to allow a 24-unit multi-family dwelling
  • 1160 Chestnut Street –  Special Permit to construct a retaining wall greater than
    four feet within a setback
  • 28 Wade Street –  Special Permit to extend a nonconforming side setback
  • 344-340 Lexington Street & 76-88 River Street – Special Permit to allow mixed use building containing hotel and multi-family dwelling uses
