Washington Place Liaison Committee:  The Washington Place Liaison Committee will meet on Monday, December 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria. The agenda includes the following:

Zoning Board of Appeals:  The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday, December 10th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 204. The agenda includes the following:

  • Petition by the Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly III, Inc. for a Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit authorizing the applicant to construct 69 rental units of which 60 units will be affordable at a range of incomes and up to 3,300 square feet of clinic space on land located at 160 and 160R Stanton Avenue 

Auburndale Historic District Commission:  The Auburndale Historic District Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 11th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to amend a previously approved pergola at 140 Windermere Road
  • Working Session on a request to enclose two side porches at 51 Hancock Street
  • Working Session on a request to demolish an existing garage and connector and build a new garage and connector at 347 Central Street

Economic Development Commission:  The Economic Development Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 11th at 6:30 p.m. in Room 211. The agenda includes the following:

Newton Upper Falls Historic District Commission:  The Newton Upper Falls Historic District Commission will meet on Thursday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:
