City Board and Commission Meetings – Week of November 11th

Auburndale Historic District Commission:  The Auburndale Historic District Commission will meet on Tuesday, November 13th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install 31 solar panels at 26 Maple Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to wood and metal fence sections at 33 Hancock Street

Community Preservation Committee:  The Community Preservation Committee will meet on Tuesday, November 13th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 204. The agenda includes the following:

  • Pre-proposal request for an off-cycle full proposal of $600,000 to supplement $2.3 million of CPA funding previously appropriated for this project

Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission:  The Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission will meet on Thursday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish a rear chimney at 154 Beacon Street
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install condensers and approval for installed vents at 48 Reservoir Avenue

Zoning Board of Appeals:  The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Thursday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber and will hold a public hearing on a Chapter 40B permit – Comprehensive Permit to construct 69 rental units (60 units will be affordable at a range of incomes) and 3300 square feet of clinic space at 160 and 160R Stanton Avenue.
