Development Review Team Meetings – Week of July 8th

The following potential development proposals will be reviewed by the Development Team this week:

  • 660 Washington Street –  Add second level to existing building for office space
  • 21 Saxon Terrace – Special permit to increase floor area ratio (FAR) for
    addition with an accessory apartment
  • 46 Chestnut Hill Road – Special permit to increase floor area ratio (FAR)
  • 1272 Boylston Street – Special permit to establish an accessory apartment in a
    detached structure
