Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting April 24th

The Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, April 24th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.  The agenda includes the following:  request to amend a condition (requiring DHCD final approval and a fully executed Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants prior to the issuance of a building permit) in a previously approved Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit to construct 8 affordable housing units at 236 Auburn Street, to a condition precedent prior to the issuance of occupancy permit, and a public hearing on a request for a variance to allow for a 2.2 foot side yard setback instead of the required 7.5 foot side yard setback in order to construct a new accessible basement level garage and a two-story addition above the garage at 11 East Boulevard.
