- 184 California Street – Special Permit to construct multi-family dwelling
- 175-199 Boylston Street – (The Shops at Chestnut Hill) Possible special permit amendment and parking waiver to allow use of 260 spaces in parking structure for potential hospital and Newton Centre shuttle service
- 1238 Chestnut Street – Discussions regarding property and potential upgrades to
buildings and parking areas (MAN)
